FITCo Fitness Series

This is a fitness challenge series to lead everyone up to the FITCo 5K Race in October of 2024. This first month has 12 different exercises ranging from 30 minutes completed for plank holds to 600 air squats to 12 miles walking or jogging. Each exercise has a number or time to complete, which is for the whole month not weekly.
